Creating Web Pages using Spreadsheet

First, create a spreadsheet with all information you want to publish on your web pages.



After that, create a template to format your spreadsheet. You may create many templates for the same spreadsheet, that is how we reuse the same information.




Then, create a scheduler to indicate how the new instance of the spreadsheet should be published, you do so with a scheduler. That is it!



Why use spreadsheet? It is simple, to reuse and to centralize information. Once you update any info on a spreadsheet, it will span the changes throughout your web pages automatically.
